Adobe Editing a PDF
A quick guide on how to Edit or Convert a PDF document using Adobe Creative Cloud.

INTRODUCTION
To edit or convert a PDF, you can use Adobe Creative Cloud which all SES staff are allowed to have. Use the below link to go directly to the site:
Adobe Acrobat Home
If you do not have access you will need to do the below:
- Request access from IT
- Download the Creative Cloud app
- Open the ‘Start’ menu
- Select ‘Company Portal’
- Install ‘Creative Cloud’
Once you have opened Adobe Acrobat Home and logged in. The below window should appear
If you’re unable to get to this view:
- Search ‘Adobe Creative Cloud’ in your browser (Google, or Edge)
- Choose ‘Adobe Creative Cloud – Create wherever you want to be’
- Select ‘Your Creative Cloud at the top of the page
- Sign in
- Choose ‘Acrobat’ from the left of the window
EDIT A PDF
In the Adobe Acrobat window, choose either ‘Convert’ or ‘Edit’ at the top of the site and you will see all of the options it has.
For example: Split a PDF
- Select ‘Edit’
- Choose ‘Split PDF’
- Upload or drag and drop your file(s)
- Select the spaces in between to make your split selection
- Click ‘Continue’ and ‘Save’
- Either download or share the edited file with others.
