Teacher Absence History

View a teacher's absence history from the Teacher Cover Timetable. This is useful for assessing the reasons a teacher has been absent and the amount of time they have been absent during a cover cycle.

To view a teacher's Absence History Report, follow the steps below: Open the Cover Manager module.

Either:

Select the Manage Cover tab.

Select the Cover Status tab.

Select the Teacher Cover Timetable from the right hand menu. Today's date is displayed, by default.

Use the arrow and calendar buttons available to change the date displayed, if required.

Use the division filters in the header, if configured to be available, to filter the information shown.

Use the drop down list in the top right of the window to change the cover cycle displayed. Use this to review the teacher's absence history in other cover cycles.

Click Print History to print the report, if required.
